We believe that by planting relevant messages with employees, and providing multiple exposures to these messages, over time these messages will take root. This philosophy becomes the starting point for our strategic planning process: develop simple messages and deliver them through multiple vehicles. Because many of our team members  come from a marketing communications background, we apply these basic principles of marketing communications to the work that we do in employee communications. We segment employee groups as we would customer groups and we weave multiple communications tools into our plans – recognizing that people learn and absorb information in various ways.

Part of the planning process at The Juniper Group includes client immersion; our unique approach that helps ensure that we are developing a successful employee communications program. We make a point of visiting manufacturing and sales locations; we eat in employee cafeterias; we visit company restrooms and break rooms -- all with the intent of better understanding the work environment, and messaging opportunities, at our clients’ locations.
